So, tonight some character with a bogus story about his truck breaking down (I've heard this one about 20 times in the last five years) came to the church door, and I sent him on his way. Then I got home and heard what I was sure were gunshots, which I reported to the police. A sergeant came to the door and questioned me about it, then went away, but my son and daughter in law went home from my house and found the police had the street two streets over blocked in both directions, and a bunch of kids lined up against cars.
Now, what's going to be the third thing, other than my son Iain and his wife coming home from Alberta tonight? It's not even a full moon.
