Madonna has been threatened with legal action after a swastika was pasted onto the forehead of French political party leader Marine Le Pen during her live show in France. Madonna caused a stir in France by suggesting National Front leader Marine Le Pen is a Nazi (Picture: EPA) Madge, who is embarking on her MDNA world tour, used the image during the song Nobody Knows Me, which featured the singer?s face on a screen interchanged with the faces of various political leaders and notable public figures. The shot that caused outrage was when her face was mixed with Le Pen?s, followed by the flashing of the Nazi symbol in a peeled away ?strip? of the party leader?s forehead. Mail Online reports that 43-year-old Le Pen had previously slammed the Girl Gone Wild singer for using shock tactics to stay relevant while performing in Israel. She said: ?We understand how old singers who need to get people talking about them go to such extremes. If she does that in France, we?ll be waiting?. The image mixed Madonna?s face with Le Pen?s showing a Swastika on her forehead National Front sources added that the entire party was offended by the stunt. ?We are not a Nazi party and object to be depicted as such? they told Mail Online. ?If you accuse the National Front of being anti-Semitic and racist then you accuse a fifth of the French people of being anti-Semitic and racist. If Madonna repeats this slur in France then she will certainly be taken to court?. Madonna caused uproar in Israel when she appeared on stage brandishing a machine gun, leading concert-goers to believe she was glamorising violence. The MDNA tour comes to Hyde Park in London on July 17. VIDEO: Madonna performing Nobody Knows Me
